When I connect my IPOD to Wyplayer via USB cable, it is detected but I have no access to media stored there.

Wyplayer is not detected by my Windows XP PC when connected via USB cable

If your Wyplayer is not detected by your Windows XP PC when connected via USB cable
we advise you to install Windows Media Player 11 to facilitate its detection.
You can download WMP 11 directly from the Microsoft site: http://www.microsoft.com
After installing the software, connect the Wyplayer to your computer and its icon will appear in « My Computer ».

When I connect my IPOD to Wyplayer via USB cable, it is detected but I have no access to media stored there.
It is normal that you do not have access to media stored on your iPod from Wyplayer. In fact, Apple uses a proprietary encryption that requires users to use iTunes software to transfer media. However, with the Wyplayer, you can write in the « mass storage » of the iPod, this part is equivalent to a conventional USB stick.

Wyplayer is not detected by my Mac when connected via USB cable
Macintosh users running Mac OS X should install a utility called "XNJB" to detect Wyplayer on their computers.
This utility is free and easily downloaded by typing "xnjb mac" into a search engine.
Once the utility installed, Wyplayer will be detected by your Mac and its icon appears on the desktop.
